Some products may ship directly from our trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective, which means:
- Items may arrive in separate packages
- Delivery times may vary by product or supplier
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer:

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and may offer international shipping on select items.
For international orders:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our customer support email.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Kreative Collectives is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
